Our core values

After more than twenty years of missionary work in Cambodia, Dr. Philemon Choi Missionary Kwong Ng Mei-tim, equipped with extensive experience in pastoral ministry, theological education, Christian education, and lay leadership training, have developed a deep understanding of the needs of the Cambodian people and recognized the vital importance of education to both society and the church.
Therefore, in 2014, together with several local lay leaders, they founded Glow Cambodia (GC) in the Sensok district of Phnom Penh, Cambodia, with "Education as Mission" as their core purpose.
It is dedicated to raising the standard of general education and lay leadership training in Cambodia, transforming lives through lives, building up communities, and proclaiming the Lord's grace.
Embracing the same vision, Dr Gordon Kwong and several Hong Kong believers who had participated in short-term mission trips to Cambodia proposed establishing a sister organization in Hong Kong. They invited Dr. Philemon Choi to serve as the founding Chairman, leading to the establishment of Glow Worldwide (GWW) in 2016.
In 2017, it was recognized by the Hong Kong Government as a legally registered Christian charitable organization, taking up the responsibility of promoting Cambodian ministries in Hong Kong, introducing the mission and developments of Glow Cambodia, and raising the necessary funds for ministry growth.
Concurrently, the organization also aspires to provide a platform that connects various professionals through education, working together to offer greater opportunities for people in different developing regions, cultivating competencies for whole-life benefit, and raising them up to be pillars for community building.
