About Tahas School of Diakonia (TSD)
Established in 2006, it boasts its own campus located in the provincial capital of Kampong Chhnang, 90 kilometres away from Phnom Penh.
It provides part-time training for in-service rural pastors, most of whom have had no opportunity to receive Bible college training, or have not even attained a high school education.
With 18 years of experience in providing part-time certificate programmes and 3 years in providing full-time associate degree programmes, TSD recognises that it must address educational challenges, with curricula covering not only in-service pastors but also leaders or members at all levels of the church.
Furthermore, TSD envisions playing a broader role in developing church resources to serve needy communities or marginalised groups.
Therefore, the scope of courses offered encompasses hermeneutics, pastoral and community care, character and spiritual formation, as well as practical and creative courses.

The TSD curriculum recognises the diverse gifts within the Body of Christ. It aims to unleash students' creativity while enhancing their natural talents and spiritual gifts.
We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is prophesying, then prophesy in accordance with your faith; if it is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach; if it is to encourage, then give encouragement; if it is giving, then give generously; if it is to lead,do it diligently; if it is to show mercy, do it cheerfully.
