Glow Worldwide History
About Glow Worldwide
November 1979
Dr Gordon Gordon Kwong left Australia to join the World Vision medical team in refugee camps along the Thai-Cambodian border, dedicated to improving the medical and health conditions of the refugees there.

Dr. Gordon Kwong and his wife, Mrs May Kwong, embarked on their missionary journey and were sent by the church to Cambodia once again. Sharing the same vision, they deeply felt that beyond medical care and pastoral ministry, there was an urgent need for education and training among the local people. Guided by the Lord, they initiated various ministries—encompassing church ministry, outreach efforts, as well as the Bible school, general school, and training programmes—all of which were rooted in education. For them, being able to serve in Cambodia for over 30 years has been a precious opportunity of service granted by the Lord.
