The project aims to equip rural pastors and church leaders with biblical knowledge, educational skills, management skills, livelihood skills, and social problem-solving skills, further strengthening their capacity to shepherd their churches, families, and communities.
The project is specifically designed for pastors and church leaders in rural areas, who rarely have the opportunity to access high-quality training courses, and seldom have training instructors travel to these regions to provide the training they need.
